How to manage anger
Anger is the most common cause of energy loss in human beings. On the other hand, you will discover that anger can sometimes be beneficial and give you the energy you need to take action. It is all about understanding and channeling this powerful emotion. This workshop will help you determine why you get angry at yourself, at others or even at situations and circumstances. You will learn to preserve your energy to create what you want instead of wasting it through a fit of anger.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- the origin of anger and what is behind this emotion
- to differentiate between frustration, aggression and anger
- to identify the beneficial and non-beneficial consequences of anger
- to better know yourself through your reactions in frustrating situations
- to manage anger without controlling yourself
