  • Feel without believing you are responsible for the happiness of others;
  • Become aware of your true needs thanks to your inner feelings and see if they're aligned to your life plan;

    -Sensitivity and sentimentality
    -Over-bonding and hypersensitivity
  • Discover how emotions impact our breathing;
